To register and maintain an Account on z7999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
z7999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Providing false or misleading information in relation to eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
To access real-money games, betting markets, or promotional offers on z7999, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
Only one Account is permitted per individual. z7999 also restricts the operation of multiple Accounts from the same household, device, or IP address. Where multiple Accounts are identified — whether by the same individual or members of the same household attempting to circumvent promotional restrictions — z7999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the duplicate Accounts and void associated bonus activity.

All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate and verifiable. z7999 will cross-reference this information during the KYC process. Discrepancies between registered information and KYC documents may result in withdrawal holds pending resolution.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available through your Account dashboard. All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made using another person's card, wallet, or bank account — are strictly prohibited. z7999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.
Payment methods referenced contextually on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual familiarity with Pakistani users only. Their mention does not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for z7999 by any of these providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may be adjusted by z7999 at any time. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your Account.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a verified account registered in your own name. z7999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.
Funds derived from Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. z7999 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits on individual Accounts. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified identity may be held pending KYC completion.
Account balances and transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other supported currencies as displayed in your Account settings. Exchange rate fluctuations are the User's responsibility where currency conversion applies.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by z7999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus-specific terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry window for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
z7999 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; using low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, z7999 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings and suspend the Account pending investigation.
z7999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to an Account, provided all applicable terms continue to be met.
All game outcomes on z7999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, by real-time dealer action broadcast from professional studios. z7999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the respective game studios and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the integrity of a game round, z7999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the User's Account. z7999 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Bets placed on sports events — including Pakistan cricket, PSL and T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC bouts, and other live markets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market type. Void bets arising from event cancellation, abandonment, or force majeure will be settled according to the applicable sports rules published within the Platform.
In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, betting settlement, or Account balance, the z7999 system records shall be considered definitive unless demonstrable technical error can be established. Disputes must be raised with our support team within 30 days of the transaction or event in question.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z7999 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, z7999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit all Account balances including real-money funds derived from fraudulent activity, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. z7999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
z7999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or use of the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting z7999's support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigations are pending.
Upon termination of an Account — whether by z7999 or by the User — all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14) shall continue to apply.
z7999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, z7999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform or registered email address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z7999 is incorporated or licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
z7999 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users in Pakistan acknowledge the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related legislation and accept sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.
